Tour Plan
Arrive at Delhi and be greeted by our representative at the airport. Transfer to your hotel and check-in. In the afternoon, begin your sightseeing tour of Delhi, starting with the majestic Qutub Minar, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Proceed to Humayun's Tomb, another beautiful example of Mughal architecture, and visit India Gate and Rashtrapati Bhawan. Explore Chandni Chowk for a taste of old Delhi, followed by a visit to the Red Fort. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
After breakfast, check out of your hotel and proceed to Agra, home to the world-famous Taj Mahal. Explore the Taj Mahal, an eternal symbol of love, followed by a visit to the Agra Fort and Itmad-ud-Daula’s Tomb (Baby Taj). In the afternoon, head to Mehtab Bagh for a beautiful view of the Taj Mahal from across the Yamuna River. Enjoy local handicraft shopping before heading to your hotel for an overnight stay.
After breakfast, depart from Agra for Gwalior, known for its magnificent Gwalior Fort. Explore the Man Mandir Palace, Sas Bahu Temple, and Teli Ka Mandir, all located inside the fort. Enjoy the stunning architecture and views of the city from the fort. Later, visit Ghaus Mohammed’s Tomb and Jai Vilas Palace. In the evening, take a stroll through the local markets before heading back to your hotel for the night.
After breakfast, drive to Jhansi, famous for its role in India’s struggle for independence. Visit the Jhansi Fort, a symbol of courage and bravery, and learn about the legacy of Rani Lakshmibai. Explore the Maharaja Gangadhar Rao Ki Chhatri and the Rani Mahal. After a full day of sightseeing, proceed to your hotel for an overnight stay.
After breakfast, proceed to Allahabad (now called Prayagraj), the confluence of the Triveni Sangam where the Ganges, Yamuna, and Sarasvati rivers meet. After breakfast, leave for Lucknow, the city of Nawabs. Upon arrival, visit the Bara Imambara, the Chota Imambara, and the Rumi Darwaza. Explore the Husainabad Clock Tower and the Lucknow Residency. Don’t miss the famous Aminabad Market for shopping local textiles and Chikan work. In the evening, enjoy a traditional Mughlai dinner and experience the cultural performances of this royal city.
After breakfast, depart for Varanasi, India’s spiritual capital. On arrival, check into your hotel, then visit the Kashi Vishwanath Temple, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas. Spend the evening at the Ghats of Varanasi, witnessing the Ganga Aarti, a sacred fire ritual performed on the banks of the Ganges River. You can also take a boat ride on the river at sunrise the next day. Visit Sarnath, where Lord Buddha delivered his first sermon. Return to your hotel for the night.
After a morning visit to the ghats and temple, depart for Varanasi Airport for your onward journey.
